The have a new single-origin, ethically-sourced coffee named
Colombia Carlos Diaz for the farmer who grows the beans
on his farm in Cachipay, Colombia. The Glass Knife has partnered with
Onyx Coffee Lab for the exclusive sourcing and distribution of Colombia
Carlos Diaz.
Also
during Java January, already underway at The Glass Knife, we will offer
one complimentary cup of coffee to each guest with their purchase.
Additional
coffee-focused events and promotions include barista “takeovers”
featuring local celebrities with portions of the sales going to the
celebrity’s charity of choice,
special pour over classes featuring the new coffee and 20% off on all bagged, retail coffee and brewing equipment.
