 Swine & Sons Provisions will officially open to the public on Friday, April 3!

The newest addition to the Swine Family will incorporate Cask & Larder’s sophisticated southern cuisine and The Ravenous Pig’s innovative flare for modern fine dining, while introducing a novel takeout concept to Central Florida.

Swine & Sons is located immediately west of Cask & Larder at 595 West Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park. The shop will specialize in takeout charcuterie, made-to-order butcher sandwiches, seasonally inspired homemade ice cream, signature spices and rubs, scratch-made biscuits.
Daily lunch offerings will include innovative twists on classic favorites, including a ribeye hotdog and pimento grilled cheese.

Open Tuesday thru Sunday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., Swine & Sons will also prepare daily to-go dinner specials. A weekly “Blue Pig Special” menu will be updated on Swine & Sons’ website every Monday and will feature new signature dishes as well as popular items from Cask & Larder and The Ravenous Pig including buttermilk fried chicken and smoked brisket. To-go dinners will be accompanied by a variety of scratch-made sides such as bacon candied collard greens and marinated tomatoes.

Swine & Sons will sell 32-ounce crowlers of beers sourced from Cask & Larder’s acclaimed brewery, available to-go or for guests to enjoy in the store. Popular beer varieties including Cask & Larder’s Red Drum, Lone Palm Gold and Olde Southern Wit will be offered, along with Swine Family Wine.
