Forbidden Fruit Jam Company

I recently discovered a local small business which makes Jam, Jellies and Pickled Vegetables.

Forbidden Fruit Jam Company. http://www.forbiddenfruitjam.com/

Owner and founder Megan Kaczmarek has been making jam for about seven years now, but only recently decided to turn it into a business. She also makes pickles, sauces, salsas, and more. Her goal is to avoid the "country grandma-style" jams and pickles and create new and exciting flavors that appeal to contemporary foodies.

Her jams go beyond a being breakfast condiments, with many of them making excellent bases for sauces, marinades, salad dressings, and glazes in both savory and sweet applications.

She'll deliver locally in the Orlando area and can also ship.
